On-Site Parking: University guests are required to park in a vistor space. Charges will be incurred by the hour. Passport Parking, an app that allows individuals to pay for parking by the hour, is also now available.

 

Suggested Attire: Suggested attire for the weekend is business casual; however, we encourage you to dress comfortably and warmly - as conference rooms are often chilly. 

 

On-Site Registration: Due to capacity constraints, pre-registration is required, and on-site registrants will not be accepted. If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please reach out to the event organizer.

St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is located approximately ten miles (15 minutes) from Washington University and is serviced by a wide variety of air carriers. 

 

The airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, the TSA and airlines are independent of the airport and their hours are subject to vary. If you are unsure of when check-in begins for your flight, please review your ticket information or contact your airline.

The TSA security checkpoint hours are below:

• T1, A Gates: 4:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. Serving Air Canada, Delta, United and charter flights. 
• T1, C Gates: 3:45 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. Serving American, Air Choice One, Alaska, Cape Air and Frontier
• T2, E Gates: 3:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. Serving Southwest and international charter flights.
