In the years since the Santa Clara Principles were launched in 2018, dozens of tech companies have produced transparency reports covering different aspects of their services. At the same time, a variety of other proposals for transparency have emerged, from international organizations such as UNESCO and OECD, to topic-specific recommendations, to legislative proposals.  In this session, we will hear from experts in the field of transparency reporting to discuss the major components of transparency reports, the trends and opportunities in reporting, and the challenges of providing transparency in the form of a regular report.
